This tomato is not like the rest. I would describe it as sophisticated. The fruit is medium sized, a flush pink in color. The texture of the slice is like a delicate lace of meat and juice. I have grown this one for many years. It's a classy tomato, my best way to describe it.

During a neighborhood tomato tasting, with 16 varieties, a few wine maker friends as well as foodies, described it as the "Beaujolais" tomato. Perfect pairing.
